Community Spaces Project

The link between physical and mental health is undeniable. Having access to regular exercise can really boost your mood

Maternal Mental Health Leicestershire

Are you a Mum struggling with your mental health?

Are you a Mum who needs a pick me up but doesn’t quite have the funds to accommodate?

Are you a community worker or health care professional who has regular contact with Mums who may need a little more support?

This is where our ‘Community Spaces Project’ come in.

The project is all about giving more to the community, and reaching those ladies who need a little more help and support - physically, emotionally or financially.

The link between physical and mental health is undeniable and having access to regular exercise classes can really help boost your mood, as well as giving you the opportunity to meet like-minded ladies in a safe and fun environment.

The Community Spaces Project offers a month of free exercise classes to any Mum or Mum-to-be who needs it.

With access to our classes you, and your little ones, can come and exercise with us and see what we are all about.

You can start to rebuild yourself in every way you need to, with specialist support and guidance from a level 3 pre and postnatal fitness expert.

All you need to do to access our project, or find out more, is fill in an online form.

Health visitors, midwifes, community workers or any other healthcare professionals can request more info or leaflets to hand out on here too.

I have two fully funded spaces each month available and spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Spaces are available on the Mummy Tribe and Buggy Tribe programmes, subject to availability. Preferred location cannot always be guaranteed but I will of course do my best to accommodate.
