  • Virtual classes are so good as you can do them live or later on, or even the mini workouts when you don't have a lot of time. I honestly cannot recommend a better trainer than Jo. She is motivating, realistic and understanding but pushes you to do your best. She even has alternatives when you're struggling with an exercise. The community Jo has created is amazing. Everyone helps each other and during lockdown, one of my few socials that honestly got me through that lonely time.
