    Tribe Foundations

    Foundations is our 6 week postnatal rehabilitation course designed to build strength and help repair areas of weakness in the core and pelvic floor. We use pilates and physio based exercises coupled with functional day to day advice to bring real improvements to posture, back pain and symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction. Building a strong, solid foundation upon which you can continue to grow.

    Suitable from early stages postnatal and beyond (its NEVER too late) this is a great starting point for your recovery and fitness journey by building strength and stability in the areas left in need of a little help post pregnancy and childbirth. We work progressively over the 6 weeks adding in resistance where appropriate to challenge the core helping you return to the activities that you love

    Suitable for anyone wanting to safely return to exercise including C Delivery Mamas, those with diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction (including prolapse).
